The main goal of my thesis is to create realistic and applicable marketing agency business plan. The secondary goal is to observe and analyze market status and try to forecast future trends based on Czech and foreign market signals. Marketing agency business plan is based on market analysis and data collection from online sources. Agency is already on the Czech market due to that my thesis include knowledge and experiences from real life business environment. Future forecast of trends in affiliate marketing is based on trends until 2018. Main benefit of my thesis is creating awareness of affiliate marketing in Czech Republic. Affiliate marketing is on the edge of online marketing channels. Another benefit is in future forecast of affiliate marketing trends. Marketing agency business plan is and will be applied in real business environment.
Generace Z a její motivace k práci v oblasti marketingových agentur

Šišmová, A. Generation Z and its motivation to work in marketing agencies. Ba-chelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with research on the expectations of Generation Z students of economic faculties from the labour market with an emphasis on working in a marketing agency. The research is carried out by means of an indicative analysis of Generation Z, then verified by means of a questionnaire survey and then supplemented by real offers from 4 unnamed marketing agencies. The results of the individual researches were compared to create a simple manual with recommendations for making Generation Z recruitment more effective. Based on the research, it was found that Generation Z prefers non-financial benefits over financial ones. Generation Z expects an adequate starting salary of at least CZK 30,000. Furthermore, Generation Z prefers career growth, holiday beyond the law, flexible working hours and other non-monetary benefits over pay increases. For Generation Z, good teamwork is more important then financial rewards. On the other hand, familiarity of the company and clients is not so important to Generation Z. Generation Z prefers to work in smaller marketing agencies because of the more family workteam and faster career growth.

Kovář, D. Customer care in a selected marketing agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the research of customer satisfaction in an unnamed marketing agency. The research is carried out by means of a questionnaire survey of the clients in marketing agency. The questionnaire research had a return of approximately thirty percent. Subsequently, anonymized research was carried out on thirteen competing marketing agencies. Based on results of both researches were created recommendations for improving the quality of care in the selected marketing agency. Costs were quantified to better prioritize the implementation in recommendations. Based on research conducted, it was found that the marketing agency has mainly satisfied customers and its service is of a high standard. The weaknesses of the marketing agency are speed, working with social media and inappropriate selection of some items for presentation to customers. Compared to competitors researched marketing angency has an advantage in the complexity of services and client education.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe business processes in the advertising agency Dentsu Czech Republiv and to infer employees contentment with the setting of the business processes based on an internal survey. Theoretical part describes business processes and process management, then delineate new ways of management, continues with the description of adverting agencies and the business processes they use and lastly summarize history and present of the advertising agency Dentsu. The practical part of the thesis analyzes internal materiál of the project office in Dentsu Czech Republic and describes business processes in the company. Simultaneously evaluates internal survey of employees contentment with the business processes. Lastly carries out the McKinsey 7S strategic analysis.

Creation of promotion on a selected product

Creating a promo-campaign is a lengthy process of well-prepared steps. This thesis present an event building to promote a new variety of milk chocolate product in supermarkets and areas of sale. The promo-event was held by a professional marketing agency. The work included planning, printing promotional leaflets, preparing gifts as well as staff training for tasting stalls. The future costs were calculated and presented to the contractor. The work includes theoretical preparation of the subject as well as summarised data of the process.
